throughout San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Austin, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Mrs. Pierce has proven results in maximizing revenue and significantly increasing the value of the properties, she has been responsible for multiple property takeovers where she interprets the owner’s objectives, analyzes property operations, evaluates the market, makes recommendations and implements plans to maximize cash flow. Mrs. Pierce has played a vital role in the growth of CRA.
Mrs. Pierce holds the CAPS designation from the National Apartment Association. In 1999, Erika won the SAAA Manager of the Year. And in 2017, she won the HAA Manager of the Year.
