• Mr. Ridgway is the president and CEO of Celtic Realty Advisors, LLC. Celtic is a boutique investment, asset management, and property management firm established in 2008 that specializes in creating additional value in projects.
• Since 2008, John has been a key principal in the acquisition, management and disposition of 9 multi family properties totaling 1,200 units. He currently owns and operates a 108-unit boat and RV storage facility and is developing a 61 pad RV park in Kingsland, TX.
• Mr. Ridgway simultaneously held the position of Vice President of Multi-Family Mentoring for Lifestyles Unlimited, Inc. Lifestyles is an education and mentoring organization that teaches its members how to acquire and operate multi-family real estate.
• John has over 40 years of experience in all phases of multifamily property ownership and management. He spent 10 years at Lincoln Property Company (now Willowbridge) and 8 years at Pinnacle (now Cushman & Wakefield), 2 of the largest property management companies in the nation. As Regional Vice President, John oversaw the property management operations for 11,000 units and 300 employees.
• John is a well-recognized award recipient as the 2017 National Apartment Association Property of the Year, 2017 Texas Apartment Association’s Bob Ross Independent Rental Owner of the Year award, 2017 Houston Apartment Association Property of the Year and is the 2012 Houston Apartment Association’s Owner/Manager Executive of the year.
• He is a past president and director emeritus of the Houston Apartment Association and has held many executive-level and committee chairmanships at the Texas Apartment Association and National Apartment Association as a volunteer. He previously served on the executive committee of the North Houston Management District.
